Cross-Agency SBIR Website Launched
by Mildred Holley, Technology Programs Manager

The National Science Foundation (NSF) recently launched SBIR.gov as the official multi-agency government site for information on the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. SBIR.gov replaces SBIRworld.com, a site sponsored by NSF and operated by Danya International since the early 2000s. Former users of SBIRworld.com will find much of the same content they have been accustomed to accessing. A notable exception is the absence of a searchable database for solicitation topic matches.

Visit www.SBIR.gov to explore the site’s content. For those seeking a multi-agency search engine for topic matches, visit www.zyn.com/sbir.
