NIH Updates SBIR Application Guides
by Mildred Holley, Technology Programs Manager

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Service Grants.gov Application Guide SF424 (R&R) and the corresponding Grants.gov SBIR/STTR Application Guide have been updated to include additional guidance on dealing with subaward budgets, recent policy change to exclude federal holidays from the two day application viewing window, and suggested clarifications from the applicant community. These updates incorporate previously announced clarifications into a single information source.
