Reminder of SBIR Deadlines

Deadlines are approaching for entrepreneurs who plan to propose Phase I research projects to federal agencies active in the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.

Dept. of Commerce's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, January 19, 2005
