Are You Losing Good Employees?

If your company is losing good employees, don't assume that your inability to pay them a higher salary is the reason. An extensive study by the Gallup Organization that included small, entrepreneurial companies showed that an employee's immediate supervisor is generally the reason why an employee stays and thrives in an organization or why the employee leaves.
