Characteristics of Multimillionaire Entrepreneurs

According to results of a thirteen-year survey* of self-made multimillionaires, most attribute their successes to having a business plan. Typically, the plan is not a formalized one, but a plan or a set of goals nonetheless.

Another common characteristic of those interviewed is the desire to achieve financial independence, but not using a get-rich-quick mentality. All had planned to meet their business goals in ten or more years after starting the business.
